EBMAS selfdefense at the ASD

Last week EBMAS gave the first self-defense class for girls at the American School in Dubai. ASD felt the need to organize self-defense classes to prepare their students for situations that are out of their control. EBMAS selfdefense program fits the need and will prepare the students on all aspects of what can happen on the street. Important part of the training is how to avoid to get in a difficult situation and once you are in it, what you can do to get out of it as quickly as possible. Other parts of the training include how to use anything as a weapon, how to defend on the ground, how to stay away from the aggressor as good as possible and many other situations that could occur.
